If you’ve been in an accident, or your vehicle has damage that you would like repaired by the very best in the business, simply call and schedule an appointment for us to look at your car. We try our best to work around your busy schedule to make the repair process as painless as possible. With onsite rental service, we make sure your time is well spent. One of our trained professionals will go over your vehicle and make sure there is a clear understanding on the direction of the repair to your vehicle.
The first step of the repair process is for us to disassemble your vehicle to the point of where there is no damage. We will then catalogue and document all the broken parts and good parts going back on your car. This allows us to guarantee we have fixed all the residual damage from the impact. Our estimators will then use the most up to date OEM data and technology to blueprint the repair process and the steps our technicians will take to get your car to pre-accident condition. The car will then get scheduled into the different departments these may include Mechanical, Frame, Structural, and Body repair.
Once the bodywork is done your vehicle will enter the paint department. It will first get pre-checked to make sure the bodywork is perfect. We will then seal your car with a color-matched primer. The next step is to paint your car with Sherwin Williams AWX Waterborne paint. Waterborne paint is not only better for the environment but the same paint sprayed on your car from the factory.
The vehicle will return to the body shop to be reassembled by the same technician that took your car apart. This allows us to reassure our customers that the car will go back together the same way it was taken apart in the blue printing process. We will also check all the electronics, lights, sensors, and mechanical parts of your car to make sure they are in working condition.
Every vehicle is treated to our complimentary wash and vacuum. We will also make any paint corrections using our polishing systems from the 3M company and McGuiars show polish.
This is the final step before returning the car back to our customers. One of our senior managers will go over the car to make sure the vehicle is returned to pre-accident condition.
